又係北角搵食,見到有間新嘢開咗,就入去試下。入到去坐低直接問下老細,貴店牛好啲定魚蛋好啲,佢就推介呢個招牌崩沙腩。其實我成日都分唔清楚爽腩同崩沙腩,只知道爽腩比崩沙腩罕有啲,不過崩沙腩應該有少少肥連住,個人覺得食崩沙腩會齊全啲。先講份量,幾草野唔失禮,起碼先贏左嗰陣。我今次順便叫個麵底,因為麵底處理得好都好重要,呢個野個麵底無乜鹼水味,估計啲有過多次水去左啲味,雖然冇乜蛋味,但係勝在夠彈牙,整體麵底好,至少唔使加醋。牛腩方面,仍然覺得少許硬同差少少味,如果忟耐少少好啲,或者黃昏夜晚時段應該差唔多。不過整體味道已經令我可以再去多次辣椒油都係粉麵檔重要部份,不過只係一般質素。同場加映茶走一杯,加5蚊就有。呢杯野都非常滿意,連個杯都有啲特色,實在加分不少。

其實我成日都分唔清楚爽腩同崩沙腩,只知道爽腩比崩沙腩罕有啲,不過崩沙腩應該有少少肥連住,個人覺得食崩沙腩會齊全啲。

辣椒油都係粉麵檔重要部份,不過只係一般質素。

同場加映茶走一杯,加5蚊就有。呢杯野都非常滿意,連個杯都有啲特色,實在加分不少。
