返工之後,食變成我最大嘅樂趣,每一放工後都會踏上尋找美食之旅,希望從美食中彌補工作嘅空洞。由於工作地點喺九龍,所以呢排更多發掘九龍嘅餐廳。今次就去左九龍城嘅三和叙。餐廳總共有三層,每層屬於唔同款式嘅食物,由下而上分別為爐端燒、鐵板燒同壽司。餐廳有吧枱位同卡位,坐係吧枱位嘅我哋面前放滿各種新鮮食材,另外亦見到師傅嘅英姿。我地總共叫咗七款食物,首先出場嘅係炸白蝦仔。炸白蝦仔本身味道夠鹹,炸完之後更加香脆,飲酒嘅時候一定要配呢個炸白蝦仔。西京味噌燒銀鱈魚肉質好滑嫩,除咗沙律醬,銀鱈魚上面仲有一條好似蔥既幼薑,配搭相當新穎。鐵板燒菜盤入面有秋葵、南瓜、番薯、茄子、菇同青椒。茄子切成扇型非常精緻,至於秋葵、青椒亦係大愛。和牛串係我今餐最期待嘅食物。外皮微焦,可以見到和牛呈鮮紅色,肉汁豐盛,入口即化既肉質更加非同凡響,旁邊既小食味道酸酸甜甜,可以解膩。日式阿波尾雞翼肉質嫩滑,帶有淡淡雞肉味,不過唔係太多肉,比較瘦。比起雞軟骨,雞胸軟骨應該係第一次食。兩者口感同樣爽脆,不過軟骨更大,旁邊既肉更多。上面嘅菜式都係串燒或者小食,感覺冇咁飽肚,所以最後叫左黑毛豬滑蛋飯。黑毛豬幾厚身而且多汁,滑蛋同洋蔥送飯
