To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 時代廣場嘅食通天,不時都有新餐廳進註,最近就有一間以溫室為主題嘅「Greenhouse」入伙,食友拉埋我結伴,又即管一試,睇睇佢嘅實力能否晌食通天站穩陣腳。原來喺「Townhouse」、「Glasshouse」同一集團 ,食友唔講真喺唔知,然而,幾間都未有幫襯過,所以,唔知佢哋實力如何!銅鑼灣稱得上城中貴地段嘅地方,寸金尺土,為咁做生意將地方用到盡絕對可以理解,不過,嚟到Greenhouse,甫踏入門口,已經喺另一番景象,雖然講唔上翠綠盎然,但喺環境闊落,樓底特高,枱櫈嘅編排亦唔覺逼,所以,空間感強 ;天花架設嘅花糟,滿載綠油油嘅小盆栽,又有啲被倒吊住,玩味十足,配上昏黃小燈,反死變得蠻有氣氛,跟溫室帶嚟嘅溫暖感倒有幾分合拍 ,但個人而言,卻希望溫室可帶嚟一份陽光、活力嘅感覺。細閱一轉餐牌,由小食、爐端燒、輕食、薄餅,以至主菜,都包含好多創意,好難講屬邊一菜系,似喺東西融匯、中西合壁,不拘一國,但睇得出加入好多亞洲風味元素。同朋友先嚟兩杯飲品,本來揀其他凍飲,不過,店員極力推薦嘅Butterfly Rainbow Iced Tea系列,喺以Butterfly Pea Tea加落唔

同朋友先嚟兩杯飲品,本來揀其他凍飲,不過,店員極力推薦嘅Butterfly Rainbow Iced Tea系列,喺以Butterfly Pea Tea加落唔同嘅果汁而成,成品猶如彩虹般咁幻化。以前,曾晌Greyhound遇過依一款花茶,有啲地方譯為蝶豆花茶、藍蝶花茶或蝴蝶藍花茶,亦曾聽過有譯佢為藍蘭豆花茶。餐牌都有標明,佢嘅好處多籮籮,當然佢又唔喺咩靈丹妙藥,唔會飲一杯就藥到病除,但點都喺一杯保健有益嘅飲品,正所謂無病咪當強身囉

小弟就要咗一杯「黃昏」,純粹因為見佢有菠蘿汁打底,再加有新鮮青檸汁,鮮香茅、青檸皮做裝飾,上枱後由店員將蝶豆花茶倒入,將「黃昏」慢慢染紫,好有詩意
。味道以菠蘿味為主,帶點酸香,而蝶豆花茶本身花香唔突出,只喺色澤及其功效喺一個亮點。

友人嘅「夜半」,則以西柚汁、熱情果漿、新鮮青檸汁組合而成,後加入蝶豆花茶,同樣色澤亮麗,味道清新而略酸,不過,配稍後濃味嘅雞翼及烤菇都唔錯

一客有4隻雞翼,賣相平平無奇,本以為以味道出奇製勝,實質只喺得個森巴醬有啲料到。期望中嘅青檸及香茅味,實在好薄,入口真喺跟普通炸雞翼唔喺差得幾遠
,還好嘅喺雞翼炸得甘香,外皮脆而唔油,蘸滿森巴醬,鹹鹹辣辣,依然喺惹味好食

所有爐端燒都要兩串起計,其實件大黑菇本身幾好食,菇味香,又多汁,加入大量車打芝士,絲絲軟綿,香濃惹味,又包含少少韓式泡菜嘅酸辣香味,感覺幾得意。

賣相唔算有咩驚喜,冰鎮椰皇,再將椰子味雪葩(小弟較喜歡用依個葩字,因為有種)填滿椰皇,再以少少椰果點綴吓。味道方面,更無驚喜,只喺椰香味十足,雪葩質感奇怪地比較散,本以為瑪利布椰子甜酒會另上,等客人後加,原來製作時已加入雪葩內,只令椰子味更濃重,心想,唔加個椰子甜酒,效果又會唔會相差不遠呢?

見好多人都將依道甜品放上網,兼且大讚特讚,的確淋啲酒,再點火引發出火光熊熊好有視覺效果
,不過,「光輝」過後,味道又喺咪足以「永恆」。由於燉蛋層比較薄,質感頗稀,所以,有種好削身嘅感覺,入口好似水淋淋咁,個人而言唔喺咁鍾意
,然而,味道方面,香蕉灑上黑糖,又倒入黑咖啡,清甜甘苦,感覺不俗。

個標題以光怪陸離為題,唔單只因為食字開係,皆因幾道菜都俾小弟一個「光怪陸離」嘅感覺
,青檸香茅雞翼無乜青檸香茅味,反而靠森巴醬提味;烤菇配韓式泡菜芝士,以為有韓式泡菜,原來喺得朕韓式泡菜嘅味;青咖喱銀雪魚嘅香料烤米飯,絕得食得出只喺珍珠米而已,何來香料,更唔知烤咗乜;椰皇本身喺椰子味,馬利布喺椰子甜酒,咁嘅配搭究竟想點?多啲椰子味?只好怪自己點菜點得光怪陸離
