睇日劇時,成日都好憧憬日本居酒屋果種熱鬧嘅氣氛,食下飲下好容易就會同隔離檯嘅陌生人有講有笑。今次嚟到太子同深水埗交界嘅界限街,一間用心經營嘅日式小店,山系。本舍,感受下家鄉日本居酒屋嘅感覺。老闆仲靜靜雞同我哋講,曾經試過有個客人太高興,仲請全場萬歲。唔知呢種日式驚喜,今日有無機會遇上呢?手工櫻花蝦醬拌凍豆腐自家製嘅手工蝦醬用上蒜頭、乾蔥、辣椒、櫻花蝦等整成,味道有啲似XO醬,但用料絕對比一般嘅XO醬更豐富,味道更加有層次。呢個手工櫻花蝦醬係餐廳嘅生招牌,鍾意嘅仲可以買番樽做手信,對XO醬有要求嘅你千祈唔好錯過啊!呢個手工櫻花蝦醬拌凍豆腐,清淡嘅豆腐加上非常惹味嘅手工櫻花蝦醬,不失為一個開胃嘅小菜!燒五花腩平時都好怕食肥膩嘢,特別係五花腩就更加係女士嘅敵人。嚟到山系。本舍就絕對值得一試,五花腩燒到微焦,將多餘嘅油粉迫出,所以食嘅時候一啲都唔油膩,而且入口非常軟腍,光是味道就知道是我喜歡的你啦!和風高湯煮日本沙白蜆沙白蜆鮮甜無沙,加上木魚大蔥作調味,令高湯嘅鮮甜更上一層樓,飲到最後一滴都唔想放過呀!燒雞心串+鹽燒雞串+山系燒雞皮日本居酒屋當然唔少得嘅就係串燒啦,小編今次就嗌咗雞心、雞皮同埋

日本居酒屋當然唔少得嘅就係串燒啦,小編今次就嗌咗雞心、雞皮同埋燒雞肉。最推介嘅就似燒雞心,爽口彈牙,絕對係一流嘅佐酒小食;雞皮就燒到脆卜卜,雞肉則充滿肉汁,每一款雞串燒都有唔同嘅口感,可以滿足晒唔同嘅要求啊!
