随机发现了这家餐厅,决定去看看!食物价格合理!小而舒适的餐厅。喜欢他们的鸡肉串。😋😋😋😋鸡肉串真的非常美味!它们的嫩滑和风味完美平衡,每一口都是一种美味的享受。腌制使鸡肉的天然多汁得以充分释放,而适度的焦烤则增添了烟熏的深度。口感恰到好处:外面微脆,里面软嫩,增强了整体的口感。炒饭味道很好,但有点过于调味了😋下次可以少放点 。这样味道会更清淡一些,也能更好地突出米饭和其他配料的鲜味。出菜快! continue reading

室雅何須大!毫無疑問,山系。本舍是藏於閙市內街,打開大門,便一眼看盡,只得一行吧枱,只有老闆一人,裏裏外外一腳踢的一家典型小店。每星期都有一天到太子上堂,自上年5月遇爾經過,光顧一次後,便成為此小店常客。老闆雖一人身兼廚師樓面執盤碗幾職,食物水準卻絶不馬虎,除沒有刺身壽司類食品外,其他食物種類選擇亦盡可能做到應有盡有:前菜,沙律,炸物,煮物,鍋物,燒物,串燒,炒飯,烏冬,還不定期推出神秘菜式,可見小店用心經營之處。除了食物出品往往有驚喜外,冰凍啤酒(堅夠凍),小店獨有的人情味氛圍,都是令我常常去幫襯的原因。那種猶如日劇“孤獨的美食家”般,既可以和老闆或其他熟客隨心交流,同時又可以靜靜享受美食和me time時光,就是有種男人的浪漫的感覺。 continue reading

這家日系小店,每次去都覺得好似日劇深夜食堂,温馨親切,食物水準高,已和不同的朋友去過了,大家評價也很好😋。今次我們點的柚子糖心蛋蟹肉沙律,超級清爽可口,搭配柚子清香,很適合夏天。一夜干黃花魚更是濃濃日式風味,每次都要點一條黎食😂。今次試左鰹魚湯白蜆,湯頭鮮甜,飲到唔停口😂。我自己最喜歡的是櫻花蝦醬燒茄子,他們自家製的櫻花蝦醬,吃起來非常搭配。這間小店每樣食物都流露出店家的用心,每次食都覺得好有誠意✅,比起其他日式居酒屋,性價比算高。其實仲食左好多野😂,每樣都好好食。要好好珍惜有特色又好吃的香港小店。 continue reading
