其實食免牛蛋飯，個精要就係隻多一定要打係免牛既中間，形成好似個火山甘樣。雖然呢度做吾到火山形狀，但免牛既質數都合格。新鮮牛肉碎，加上醬汁煮成，味道雖然不算非常特出，但有免牛應有既香味，再打爛隻雞蛋一齊食，才發揮免牛蛋飯既真正威力。
