To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本打算去利苑, 但原來冇畫分非吸煙區, 為食媽最忌呢樣野, 所以只好改地方黎左依度, 環境同服務都唔錯, 未夠12點黎到都唔使等位, 點心共叫左四樣, 味道ok 但食物只係微暖, 另叫一個椰汁燉燕窩($38), 椰味好香濃而碎燕都唔算少, 再加多個粟米魚塊飯($40), 碟飯都好大件頭, 熱辣辣, 雖然飯面塗滿粟米汁, 但咬下一啖魚塊時表皮仲係脆o既, 粟米咬落爽口, 應是新鮮貨色, 所以此碟飯為整體挽回不少分數。(總計$16X.00)
