中央飯店,係深水埗一帶長大,有咁上下年紀好多都識,係傳統既客家菜,十幾年無嚟,今日同屋企人嚟懷緬一番。呢度侍應全部伯伯,但都好nice, 有問必答,難得。炸大腸,金黃鬆脆,又唔會太多肥膏,高質素!咕嚕肉,粉唔算厚,亦唔太多肥膏,而且菠蘿青椒洋蔥配菜多。炒鮮奶,食落似炒蛋白,好食,唔蘇唔膩梅菜扣肉,客家菜表表者,梅菜香,送飯一流呢度招牌菜,荔芋鴨,好多芋蓉,鴨肉反而少,但炸皮多d鬆脆d會仲好,呢個有少少失望。三鮮炒骨髓,又係呢度名菜,keep到水準,所以配料都入晒味。黃金奶油蝦,未上到碟已好香,但因連蝦殼炸,食嗰時有d唔方便,但蝦都鮮甜,而且好大隻,抵食,好味最後推介,西米焗布甸,要訂,金黃焗面,裡面有西米吉士,仲有中間一層流心蓮蓉吉士,以為好甜,竟然唔係,所以大家都添食。注意,原來送糖水,綠豆沙都好粉好蓉,但連續兩個甜品,真係超標。咁耐無嚟,但今次食完,都覺得有下次,呢d食店,買少見少,有份老香港情懷。
