To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企係上海人關係 從小每個星期都會到不同既上海菜館同婆婆公公一齊食飯。雪菀,老飯店,上海鷺鷺飯店等都係常客。滬菜以煨、燉、燜等方法烹調,濃油赤醬、醇上海菜,對手工也十分講究。自從北角店結業,都好耐無光顧。今日婆婆生日 一齊黎回味下。 今次叫左十五道菜一行十二人每人叫一款每枱都有兩碟前菜,每日都不同 有時會係腌紅白蘿蔔 或者係青瓜,兩者都係酸酸甜甜 好開胃前菜1)醉雞 評分9/10雞皮薄肉嫩,坊間不小會整得好油而且皮又厚。正宗的味道就係紹興酒味濃但又不會太咸,無錯就係兒時既味2)蔥油伴海蜇 評分10/10呢到係用上海蜇頭,個人比較喜歡海蜇絲 (我稱為橡筋😂)。 因為海蜇頭係食佢既爽口,但身就係食彈牙。唔好以為蔥油拌會好油,其實份量拿捏得好 夠入味又乾爽,呢啲就係工夫3)鎮江肴肉 評分9.5/10坊間大部分肥膏水晶部份會佔1/3 ,而且咬落過實/過軟。 呢到做得岩岩好 火腿肉帶點咸香,水晶位恰到好處4)油爆蝦 評分10/10油爆蝦用上河蝦 原隻連殻炸再加上甜酸汁炒。食起來爽口鮮甜,河鮮來自上海果然不係一般蝦可以代替既味道賽螃蟹 評分10/10蛋白炒得乾又嫩 成一絲

1)醉雞 評分9/10
雞皮薄肉嫩,坊間不小會整得好油而且皮又厚。正宗的味道就係紹興酒味濃但又不會太咸,無錯就係兒時既味


2)蔥油伴海蜇 評分10/10
呢到係用上海蜇頭,個人比較喜歡海蜇絲 (我稱為橡筋😂)。 因為海蜇頭係食佢既爽口,但身就係食彈牙。唔好以為蔥油拌會好油,其實份量拿捏得好 夠入味又乾爽,呢啲就係工夫

小朋友既時候有啲菜唔會食,但必叫兩條一炸一蒸銀絲卷。再點練奶,好正。 蒸既我會用黎夾炒牛肉Or鱔糊 好好味 因為饅頭吸哂啲汁

煎八寶飯 評分9.5/10

Menu上面無呢個選擇,因為婆婆係老顧客關係所以特別為我地整 。紅豆岩岩好,不會太甜 咬落脆脆 但裡面都係Qq既口感
