今日公司食開年飯,灣仔合和中心7樓薈軒。闊別3年開年飯,終於可以食了。但好可惜少咗一位至高無上的大人物。鴻運乳豬全體乳豬一放上枱面,陣陣香味撲鼻。一般乳豬多數用麵粉皮包住食。但薈軒的就用新鮮菠蘿配乳豬。菠蘿香甜,乳豬皮香脆,乳豬肉又唔肥。夾埋菠蘿一切食,減退油膩感覺。非常特別。上湯開謂澳洲龍蝦每位奉上半邊澳洲龍蝦配煎米粉。龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙配上廚師特製煎米粉,好味指數爆燈。八寶海皇冬瓜盅超大隻冬瓜做成湯。帶子,肉,什菇,蝦肉,蟹肉,竹笙,勝瓜。清甜好飲。個碗好靚呀!原隻鮑魚配鵝掌鮑魚都幾大隻,配上大冬菇,鵝掌炆得好淋好入味。發財大圓蹄伴金蠔超大隻圓蹄,骨膠原超豐富,配上大大隻金蠔,金蠔甘香味美。清蒸黃皮老虎斑好大好大好大條呀!魚肉爽滑。時間蒸得剛好鼎湖竹笙羅漢上素食咗上幾道菜,嚟一碟素菜。絕對超正。可以減去少少油膩感。原個神灣菠蘿咕嚕肉整個菠蘿上碟,賣相已經好吸引,最正就係用豬頸肉做成咕嚕肉。又淋又好味,酸甜道剛好當紅脆皮炸子雞係用新鮮雞的,雞味濃,脆皮正,肉汁保留到。所以連雞胸肉都好滑。迷你蛋黃珍珠雞生磨合桃露湯丸廚師將合桃磨碎再做成糊狀,幼滑,合桃味香濃,配上兩粒手製黑芝麻湯丸。甜度剛
