以前我哋一班死佬搞飯局,不時都揀啲任飲任食火鍋,因為,個個死佬都幾食得吓,任飲任食就最易預數,大家可以食得盡情。不過,種種原因下,都無搞好多年,依家就只有三幾個死佬約出嚟搞啲小飯局。今晚,嚟到「東哥」,除火鍋任飲任食,仲有多款點心都喺任點任食。任飲任食一向都有好多捧場客,好似今晚咁,閒日嘅星期二,早早就坐滿人。餐廳環境唔錯,如一般點心專門店,地方四正,整潔光猛,最緊要唔會太逼。服務值得一提,幾位樓面阿姐做嘢快手,又有禮,坐滿客時又會校大番啲冷氣,你拎咗啤酒,佢哋又會醒目送上啤酒杯,更會主動添湯。門口大大個易拉架標明晒收費,2小時任飲任食雞煲火鍋點心,8:30pm前收$188,8:30pm後就收$158,另外,$10醬油費,加一服務費,喺咁多。任食火鍋有啲咩揀呢?一張點菜紙睇晒,5款湯底供選擇,而火鍋配料就唔多講,各種肉類、丸類、海鮮、蔬菜……等等,40多款,夠晒啦。份量會以填嘅人頭數去出菜,不過,都喺有多無少,成晚亦無咩漏單。而點心部份,亦有成12款,店員話全部都即叫即蒸。落單就好似平常飲茶咁,基本試上喺斷籠計,好似蝦餃,咪一籠3隻咁囉。任飲又點?所有飲品放晒晌近門口嘅凍櫃中,有汽水、

任飲又點?所有飲品放晒晌近門口嘅凍櫃中,有汽水、果汁及啤酒,款就唔及一啲日式放題嘅咁多,但啱飲就OK。好似一開初,就試咗啲西柚菠蘿汁、熱情果香橙汁,味道OK喎,酸酸甜甜
,襯火鍋都幾多,汽水就更加唔少得啦。

湯底嚟到都要等滾起先有得食,所以,先點幾款點心試試。叫得蝦餃皇,都應該有番一定水準。確實摺紋清晰,皮薄餡靚,裡面鮮蝦大大粒,爽口鮮甜。

燒賣亦做得唔錯,大大粒爆滿餡,而且,唔會得啲豬肉,仲有鮮蝦肉,更喺無乜肥肉晌裡面,加少少蟹籽作點綴,好食。

巨型嘅灌湯餃,放上少少素翅,賣相真喺幾有睇頭。人參湯唔錯,餃內填滿好多料,不過,外皮有啲粉腍,感覺麻麻哋啫。

懷舊醉雞煲

雖然辣雞煲惹味好食,但都喺肥膩,老友都想食清少許,所以,揀呢一款。雖然話醉雞,但其實個湯底似藥膳,味道又幾香。而醉雞件喺分開碟上,咁就可以慢慢分開煮,唔怕煮老晒。

啲雞件又真喺幾好食,初初聞落就有陣陣酒香,但煮過後啲酒氣散咗,然而,啲雞肉好嫩滑,沾少少蒜蔥豉油,雞鮮味更突出。轉眼,成碟雞就被我哋處置晒,哈哈!

美國頂級肩胛牛肉

幾款牛肉之中,肩胛牛肉同牛板腱喺最鍾意嘅,先講肩胛牛肉,油份明顯唔會好多,由於薄切,輕輕灼一灼轉色就食得,入口脂香無咁重,主要食其肉香,肉質嫩滑細緻,富肉香。

牛板腱比肩胛牛肉多少少油花,但唔會好似啲肥牛咁勁,同隸薄切好,輕灼就可以入口,口感腍滑,肉味濃,卻又又不失微微油香,比較啱小弟口味。

西班牙豚肉

成日話肥豬肉,但啲豚腩肉一啲都唔肥,仲切得薄到透光,雖然喺豬肉,因超薄而無需要灼太耐,啲豚肉估唔到又喺好嫩滑,最緊要又唔會太肥嘛。

澳洲和牛粒

睇見喺和牛粒,自然有啲期望,不過,睇外觀顯然有啲過肥,怕啲油脂逼晒出嚟,所以,我哋喺等到最尾先食佢。整體而言,和牛粒真喺唔多OK,因為偏肥。

包心蝦籽丸、松葉蟹柳

丸類我哋只喺試當中嘅一款:包心蝦籽丸,依類包心丸應該喺來貨,雖然喺咁,個質素都唔差,內裡有唔少蝦籽。而蟹柳雖然叫松葉,當然唔會諗佢喺由日本松葉蟹所做啦,同樣喺來貨,亦都唔差,至少唔會喺一嚿嚿粉嘅貨色!

啲脆鯇片切「雙飛」,切得賣相好靚仔,而魚片色水有光澤,輕灼變白就食得,入口好有魚鮮味,而且,亦比無預期中更強嘅爽脆感,沾點豉油提鮮,非常好食。

沙律蝦春卷、流沙擂沙球

臨尾就以點心甜品作結,但點解仲會點一客沙律蝦春卷,因為老友貪口爽,話未試過。個春卷新鮮炸,非常香脆,裡面釀咗啲沙律蝦,令春卷食起喛更清爽,真喺幾唔錯;而流沙擂沙球亦值得推仲,喺煎堆仔加擂沙湯圓嘅混合體,外層脆口並充滿芝麻香,入口黑芝麻流沙,正!

千層紅棗糕

雖然,層次就唔喺話好分明,不過,入口煙糯,卻唔黏牙,紅棗味突出,作為飯後甜點亦非常合適,此外,呢類糕點小分本身都鍾意食。
