To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日特登入黎中大飲下午茶外邊望落少少殘不過入面其實唔細下午茶都係食點心 亦有炒粉麵飯2個人食 叫咗3個點心加一個籠仔蒸飯蜜汁叉燒 ($27)豉油同腸粉分開放 咁可以自己調節鹹度佢將腸粉切做一舊舊咁放 同出面一條條唔同而且佢入面叉燒料算多 另外好似落咗啲芋頭咁嘅嘢 食落沙沙地不過覺得佢外面腸粉皮太過厚 另叉燒味唔出 叉燒本身亦唔夠香蜜汁味 所以唔算好食芋茸煎堆仔 ($20)依個我冇試到所以唔知味道如何好似唔差 應該幾脆 同埋望落入面幾多芋泥碧綠鮮蝦餃 ($32)🦐蝦餃大大粒 每隻入面都有2-3隻蝦仁蝦仁好新鮮 有蝦味 唔似雪藏蝦另外加咗蒜蓉同香蔥 味道更出更香濃外皮厚度適中 幾有咬口 好食最值得試一定係依個籠仔蒸金瓜班片飯 ($148)貴就貴啲 但係望下佢嘅份量同材料 咩都抵返更大籠 黎到嚇親 得2個人食 食唔洗而且更吸引 大大舊班片 超足料至於味道 飯底用雞蛋炒過 再落咗啲醬汁之後同南瓜同班片一齊蒸最後起面加入香蔥同蒜蓉 超香👍🏻南瓜雖然唔算好甜 但係質感夠腍班片直頭好正😍超厚肉 而且勁新鮮 又完全冇骨 食落有少少韌度 魚皮黏黏地 好好味成個飯好夠味 但係一啲都唔鹹 亦唔算好油蒸完比較

最後食剩 1/4 打包 可以當另一餐再食 抵!

價錢黎講合理 正常平日會平$2-3/點心
茶錢 $12/位 如果係會員就$6/位

不過佢咁有水準 份量咁大 材料足又新鮮 都合理
估唔到中大入面有高質茶樓 意外驚喜!
