打邊爐已經變咗香港人一年四季都會食嘅菜式,所以嚟到入冬,我自己嘅特色菜就必定係煲仔飯。去到秋冬時節,食返個煲仔飯先至夠有香港特色。今日我哋經過何文田嘅勝利道,見到呢間龍德樓已經宣傳緊有煲仔飯食,即刻令我想整返部煲仔飯食,所以就決定入嚟試吓。呢度除咗煲仔飯之外,仲有燉湯飲,真係啱晒我嘅口味。臘味煲仔飯臘味煲仔飯有兩條臘腸、兩條潤腸、同埋有幾件臘肉。熱辣辣、香噴噴的煲仔飯,驅寒又暖胃,煲仔飯冇飯焦,食落感覺似蒸飯,比較健康。配料揀左油脂較重既臘味,油脂滲入飯粒,添加左米飯油香。章魚肉餅飯食章魚肉餅飯一定要加入煲仔飯既豉油去提鮮增香。將煲仔飯豉油淋喺煲仔飯面之後再焗2分鐘再食,豉油帶甜同鹹香,味道即時提升。西蘭花炒帶子帶子份量勁多,而且口感彈牙。XO醬雜菌炒牛肉XO醬夠香,但係唔辣。配上其他嘅配料令到整到菜式味道非常豐富。除咗有雜菌同埋牛肉之外,廚師仲加咗青椒、紅椒、西芹等等,令到整道菜嘅味道同埋口感都提升不少。
