旺角-心夜來潮:金黃雞油豆苗($78)、花膠豬手墨魚脯煲 (hk$138)、傳統鴨旦煎蠔烙($86)、醬滷鵝($132)-天氣開始凍,有時都係想食暖笠笠既中菜。黎左旺中對面南記樓上呢間潮州野,見到呢度每枱人都點左一爐野,滾下滾下幾吸引,有粥/湯/魚...但都貴貴地,最後我揀左親切的侍應叔叔推介既幾道菜最喜歡一入冬就好靚既豆苗,用雞油同唔少薑粒去炒,真係非常翠綠同爽嫩!媽呀點解屋企炒唔到咁好食,超大碟堆到一座小山咁高,岩哂幾個人share食,推介!-另一味叔叔話熱賣30幾個既花膠豬手墨魚煲,充滿膠質,炆得好淋同入味,不枉叔叔極力推介。-而去得食潮州野我就算喉嚨痛都想叫呢兩樣🤣煎蠔烙,好大份,好脆,蠔仔都幾大粒,夾起見到幾層,有成5cm厚,其實餅皮好薄,食落感覺似薄脆同餅底中間夾住d蠔仔;醬滷鵝,味道較濃,底下暗藏驚喜,係勁滑又入味既滷豆腐,難得!我點完先在另一個餐牌見到鵝片🙈最後叔叔仲送左馬豆糕比我地食❤️-PS. 呢度由5pm開到4am,深夜之選。
