打邊爐對於好多香港人嚟講已經無分春夏秋冬,但老老實實冬天打邊爐又真係最好feel!睇住個爐滾吓滾吓,再配埋你獨創嘅醬汁,食落口真係暖笠笠又口味!今次就嚟到唔訂位基本上唔駛指意有得食嘅好一鍋!難怪嘅,2小30分鐘任飲任食最貴都係$158一位(另加一),但計我A姐話,最緊要都係食物質素。呢度總共有10個湯底,每個湯底都好有特色:泰式冬陰功湯底、胡椒咸菜豬肚湯底、蒙古大草原黑草羊湯底、鯊魚骨猴頭菇湯底、金銀菜白豬肺湯底等,而2個人只可以揀一個雙拼湯底,姐係話要嚟5次先可以食哂呢度10個湯底啦!我哋今次就揀咗胡椒咸菜豬肚湯底拼鯊魚骨猴頭菇湯底,湯底夠哂香濃,絕對唔係淡戊戊嘅馬虎選擇。好喇,叫嘢食喇,除咗9款海鮮等係額外收費項目,其他任點任食接近有90個選擇,不過,我A姐最怕個啲呢,特叫係酒樓呀,個啲丸剔一下就俾你十幾粒,成個波波池咁,但個肥牛都係咁剔一下就俾兩塊,真係好過份囉!我A姐就即管睇吓你呢間好一鍋係未玩嘢先!M佬出名大食,叫咗廿幾樣嘢,但上台個吓都唔會話多到嚇死人,真係啱啱好俾夠兩人份量,亦當然唔會有幾十粒丸啦!真係試過邊隻好味,再主力encore!喺呢接近90個選擇裡面,肥牛都佔咗兩

喺呢接近90個選擇裡面,肥牛都佔咗兩個:美國肥牛同手切肥牛。美國肥牛脂助比例較多,肉色雪白;而手切肥牛嘅肉質嫩口,較重肉味!如果唔係大食積,首推手切肥牛!

除咗肥牛,想回本當然唔少得海鮮!任食嘅海鮮都有唔少選擇:脆鯇魚腩、脆鯇魚片、海蝦、蜆、帆立貝、魷魚等。絕對係夠哂新鮮同值回票價呀!

除咗海鮮同肥牛,其他值得推介嘅當然唔少得近年香港人嘅至愛響鈴啦,黃金淥兩秒就啱啱好!至於墨魚滑亦係另一個必食推介,爽口彈牙不在話下,最重要係墨魚味極度濃郁!
