瑞士雞髀要做到入味之餘又鮮嫩,真係少D功夫都唔得呢間係荃灣既一間冰室竟然就做到完美,最難得係維持到咁耐呢到裝修同成個環境都好有舊時冰室感覺,但係又唔會好似以前咁污糟可以話係新舊交融招牌瑞士雞髀首先必食既當然就係呢到既瑞士雞髀食過你就知咩叫做入味又鮮嫩能夠做到咁樣,個時間同咸度既既掌控必需要非常高超先得而呢間就做到一百分令你可以食到佢特製瑞士汁咸中帶甜,而且仲有好多好有層次既香料味之餘你仲會食到佢雞肉依然嫩滑除左雞髀,雞翼當然都高質,畢竟都係用同樣既瑞士汁但係口感更滑,一種味道,兩種口感,都係必點除左瑞士系列,呢到既咖哩都高水準佢唔會太辣,少少辣辣地好開胃而且佢既辣並唔係死辣,而係辣得有層次牛腩更加係又淋又入味,勁送飯好鍾意食呢到既炸雞粒貪佢炸到金黃香脆,而且佢既辣勁令人好HIGH黎冰室當然唔少得咸檸七呢D懷舊飲品
