變到依間omakasa最平有三百幾蚊起,忍唔住嚟試吓。餐廳全部坐位以板前形式,弧型設計全部都可以同師傅傾偈。今日叫咗梅 壽司10件嘅omakasa一坐低侍應已經遞上沙律和麵豉湯。好快師傅就送上前菜,今日係漬吞拿魚菠菜。主角亦好快出場, 10件壽司,師傅亦逐一講解,由淡尾到濃味嘅大拖羅。最印象深刻係火炙吞拿魚面珠燈,油脂豐富,質感軟綿,經過火炙,香味更加濃郁。基本上每款壽司都很新鮮和鮮味。食咗10件壽司已經好飽,仲有吞拿魚蓉手卷和雪糕,個餐真係超飽同超抵!
