話說大前日(26-2-2016 Fri)朝早入院,夜晚等到老公o黎到,就諗埋晚餐o既主食,我揀$228.00o既焗鱈魚柳配日式醬汁,老公揀$208.00o既法式燒鴨腿配紅酒汁.加埋晏晝我o地傾電話,已經訂o左8:00pm送o黎o既甜品~$63.00o既焗蘋果批伴香草雪糕,同$55.00o既法式焦糖燉蛋.兩個主菜o黎到.未打開保鮮紙都已經嗅到好香,香從何來?係燒鴨腿.影好相,急不及待食.我先食焗鱈魚柳配日式醬汁,鱈魚柳皮脆,但肉係冇味,好淡,而且唔算好滑.我跌晒眼鏡.味道: 分2.7, 抵食: 0.5分然後食法式燒鴨腿配紅酒汁,都幾多肉而且夠腍,鴨味好濃,醮紅酒汁食好食好多. 味道: 5分, 抵食: 1分呢兩個主菜o既薯蓉竟然唔差,食到啲奶味.食完後等兩個甜品比預期中遲好多至o黎,雪糕係雲呢拿味,好滑好香.之後我食法式焦糖燉蛋,面上o既焦糖變得好硬,燉蛋凍晒,味道唔太甜,亦唔太漏.味道: 3分, 抵食: 0.5分最後食焗蘋果批,呢個除o左蘋果外,重有提子乾.個皮仍脆,玉桂粉太多,好難食.蘋果都變酸,好唔得喎.味道: 1分, 抵食: 0.5分服務:送餐服務同樣最少要等45分鐘.衛生:亦野
