餐廳成立於2014年,憑著口味獨特嘅重慶小麵殺入市場,至今已經有差唔多400間門店,遍布多個內地城市,依家香港都有3間分店,鐘意食川渝風味嘅朋友仔記得要去試試啦~ 其中一大招牌菜係金碗酸辣粉,薯粉軟硬適中,吸滿湯汁,上面有肉醬、黃金豆同榨菜,味道酸辣,十分開胃,令人越食越上癮。唔食得辣嘅建議叫蔥油拌麵或蔥酥骨湯抄手,前者唔乾且鹹度啱啱好,後者皮薄餡靚,性價比高。小食方面都有好多選擇,雞有半隻,外層微微脆,肉質滑嫩,啖啖肉、雞排同樣嫩又多汁、餃子外皮酥脆可口,金黃色,內裏爆餡、鍋巴土豆熱辣辣,外層夠薄,真材實料、蔥油餅反而比較特別,外皮似麵包,中間係薄脆,口感豐富。最後以甜點同飲品作結,冰粉份量比想像中多好多,搭配醬汁,甜度適中。飲品有白玉厚椰乳同白玉酸梅湯,前者好似冰粉嘅飲品版,食完辣嘢飲都有幫助,反而後者幾特別,酸酸甜甜夠開胃,整體性價比高,會回訪。
