上次跟朋友係內地食過麻辣燙,好好味,今次跟朋友經過銅鑼灣見到新開餐廳:湯火功夫麻辣燙,雙眼開始發光了😍😍 店員拎左菜單紙比我地填寫;$37起配我就點左番茄🍅湯底麻辣燙$5配萵笋$7、鮑魚菇$7、滷雞中翼$10、薯粉$12;紅噹噹顏色十分鮮豔,湯底用新鮮番茄🍅煮成,比茄膏味道更濃郁,再加左少許特製麻椒油,少許麻辣既味道浸去味蕾,爽YY!滷水雞翼都好嫩滑腍身,入晒味,薯粉口感都好Q彈!而友人就點左:泰式冬蔭功麻辣燙$5配唐生菜🥬$7、木耳$7、魚腐$10、薯粉$12;泰國🇹🇭出晒名食冬蔭功,魚腐、唐生菜、木耳吸晒冬蔭功味道,「冬」就是煲,「蔭」解作香料混合,而「功」就是蝦🦐,令到個湯不會過酸或過辣,加入蝦令湯更顯鮮味,再食啖薯粉煙煙韌韌更易入口!而飲品就點左2杯酸梅汁$16,酸酸甜甜咁生津解渴,我連湯底都飲晒,就知道好唔好味啦!好滿意既一頓午餐🥣!👍😋
