有一日行巷仔內街經過見到呢間食螺螄粉,一直都好好奇到底咩系螺螄粉既我,膽粗粗去食下到底咩黎!味道有啲酸臭,可能吾系人人接受到。嗦爸螺螄粉 $46+$10 招牌金絲炸蛋+$15 潮汕豬肉丸叫左一碗基本款,基本款有木耳絲、酸荀、酸豆角、榨菜絲、花生同炸腐竹。另加自己想食既餸。上網都有望過下呢間既招牌菜,見好多人推薦炸蛋,感覺幾新奇,就叫黎試下。味道有啲似炸蠔餅,一大塊放系碗面都幾吸精。豬肉丸亦都好食,咬落去估吾到有少少汁,幾有豬肉味。紅燒牛肉螺螄粉 $68紅燒牛肉大大舊,半筋半肉,咬落夠淋。另外呢度啲米線幾有咬口感,幾煙韌!炸豬手 $35補充一下骨膠原!用左5個鐘黎烹調,外皮都夠脆。臭豆腐 $25黑色既臭豆腐,聞落同食落就吾臭,只系味道酸酸地,有啲酸蘿蔔粒、芝麻、蒜蓉同酸菜。雞軟骨炸串 半打 $15雞軟骨一串一粒幾搞笑,不過有少少浪費啲竹簽。雞軟骨幾好食,調味幾好。茄子炸串 2串 $10炸過既茄子同樣吾錯,表面加左少少辣粉。
