To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全世界最高嘅酒吧

要講風景靚嘅酒店，其中一間最能居高臨下睇盡維港美景嘅就係Ritz Carlton酒店。位於酒店嘅118樓，號稱全世界最高嘅酒吧，酒吧有環迴270度嘅維港靚景，樓層極高，係酒店咁多間餐廳入邊睇風景最好嘅。餐廳有室內同室外兩部份，如果要講景觀就當然要坐室外，七月中天氣好熱，但可能又位於高層通風好好，所以就算陽光普照嘅夏天，坐喺度都唔會覺得好熱。118樓corner位嘅風景，絕對比得上$5000一晚嘅酒店套房。我哋選擇左望向太平山方向嘅維港同汲水門方向嘅位置，打卡影相都好靚。餐牌好有特色，其中以五行創作左金木水火土五款雞尾酒，餐牌亦都用咗五款唔同材質。由於我本身屬餓金命，所以我冇睇到未到就選擇左metal。味道都唔錯。另外小食我哋叫咗爆谷雞，味道不過不失，不過嚟呢一度其實主要都係食靚景啦。
