成日經過呢間616燒肉酒場,趁住同太座簽紙十三周年紀念,一於兩公婆去撐枱腳試吓!好彩我地早到,六點半已經坐咗八成座位,而職員們非常有禮貌,又會耐心解答問題,超讚!餐牌上有幾款套餐選擇,我地就決定自己點多幾樣食物試吓!“自家製冰話梅小蕃茄”酸酸甜甜開胃小吃又健康!“烤牛肉凱撒沙律”原來凱撒沙律配烤牛肉係咁好食,份量啱啱好!“刺身五點盛”真係估唔到燒肉店嘅刺身咁有水準,拖羅、三文魚、帶子..簡直係美味,比起壽司舖更有水準!到主角燒肉出場,“黑毛和牛西冷薄燒”店員教燒好就拌勻雞蛋包住飯團一齊食,除咗講好食都唔識點形容!其他仲有“澳洲和牛橫隔膜”“黑毛和牛肉眼上蓋”“極上封門柳”,真係唔係一般行貨水準,食落啖啖都有甘香油脂,肉汁豐富!“蒜香牛油什菌”食咗咁多肉就要食吓什菌平衡吓,一碗嚟到放落爐煮滾,食落有新鮮感覺,唔係雪藏貨!“櫻花蝦和牛炒飯”食咗咁多嘢但到最後仲可以食哂,唔使介紹啦,哈哈!總結係我今年食得最滿意嘅一餐,一定會返轉頭指數係爆燈!
