環顧現時香江的放題火鍋,一鍋堂必定是我及數個好友的三甲之選;只因其湯底及食材質素及穩定性之高,加上適中的消費價錢;也難怪,各分店晚市時段入座前都常會高見長龍之列!今次與好友聚餐選了荃灣店,據同好飲飲食食的一些朋友介紹,自從此店由11樓搬上19樓之後,整個環境佈局令人覺得更舒服;已提早三天打電話去訂位,與好友在這晚碰面於荃灣地鐵站,就直往大鴻輝中心走去;經過地下等載客電梯及火鍋店門口的長龍大概15分鐘左右,終於可以入座;似乎很多食肆的門面或內裡設有打咭位是現時流行的趨勢,但一鍋堂的設計始終屬於有型的!掃了出行碼,量了體溫,在前台選了湯底及性價比最高的放題套餐B;今次因應天氣開始轉涼而選了鴛鴦鍋底,一個是招牌的麻辣湯,另一個是羅勒牛尾金寶蕃茄湯(另有驚喜的是,如果本身是一鍋堂的會員,選擇金寶湯底竟有一套餐具禮品送贈!):鴛鴦鍋底一熱性一平性,更可應對不同食材帶來不同的滋味及質感;坐下來之後,發覺不但座位更加舒服,而且整個枱面真的比之前闊落很多,可容納的飲品食物則更多更廣,自然用手機來點選食材時更能盡情,不用擔心擺放不下,這方面的確有大幅改善之效!由於是2小時放題任食,為爭取時間,未等鍋底上

是時候轉來涮紅肉類食材,個人認為這是一鍋堂保持得最高質素的一個類別,甚至同行間不少後來者無論整體設計上或風格上都以此為常例!
