To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

3月16推出既水煮湯鴨血，一見到已經超多人去試食，評價好壞參半本身好中意食麻辣鴨血既我都唔執輸，三哥出一定去試下啦水煮湯底辣度係 5小起，唔想要水煮湯既朋友可以轉其他湯底黎到個賣相覺得唔錯，有鮮辣椒芹菜係面鴨血數量都好多，仲有啲豆腐卜但期望愈大失望愈大鴨血我覺得有陣怪味🥴 結果食佐2至3舊都冇再食湯底小小似三哥酸辣但本人覺得三哥酸辣好味好多整體都冇乜驚喜，鴨血好失望🥺不過值得一讚係每次黎呢間分店都覺得服務特別好！姐姐好有禮貌👍🏻

唔想要水煮湯既朋友可以轉其他湯底
黎到個賣相覺得唔錯，有鮮辣椒芹菜係面
鴨血數量都好多，仲有啲豆腐卜

但期望愈大失望愈大
鴨血我覺得有陣怪味🥴 結果食佐2至3舊都冇再食
湯底小小似三哥酸辣
但本人覺得三哥酸辣好味好多
整體都冇乜驚喜，鴨血好失望🥺

不過值得一讚係每次黎呢間分店
都覺得服務特別好！姐姐好有禮貌👍🏻
