旺角黑布街一帶有好多餐廳,其中有一間叫「辛手村」,齋睇門口以為係打卡Cafe,但原來係一間川式串燒干鍋店,真係睇唔出呢😳!因為川菜店一向畀人嘅印象都係有少少土味,充滿中式風情嘅裝潢🙈。呢度完全相反,而且夜晚九點幾後更會較暗燈光,化身成為酒吧。餐廳主打串燒同干鍋,不過菜式設計上比較新派✨,而串燒亦有川式同日式揀。一般而言,會先食串燒🍢,之後再食干鍋。川燒厚切牛舌心($58),👅牛舌心堅係厚切,肉質軟稔,好正。川燒調味得宜,同樣係用上辣粉同孜然粉,不過並非死鹹。川燒魷魚鬚串($38),🦑串燒選用迷你版嘅魷魚,穿落竹籤啱啱好。魷魚肉質彈牙,而且仲散發住燒魷魚嘅香氣。炭燒帆立貝($47),帆立貝一串有五粒,味道幾鮮,有啲似磯燒小食嗰種咁惹味🤤,而且質感一啲都唔韌。京蔥厚燒五花肉($42),雖然我唔食京蔥🌱,但朋友就話呢個組合冇得輸。五花肉燒完之後變得冇咁膩,但又能保持油香,唔錯。川燒經典豬頸肉($38),🐷豬頸肉配上超多濃烈嘅蜜糖燒烤醬,食落好似叉燒、質感爽口,但略嫌偏重口味。日式燒鰻魚($38),🐟鰻魚皮燒至微脆,魚肉嫩兼且無骨,比起一般丼飯嘅鰻魚更香口。估你唔到麻辣黑松露干鍋🍲($78),
