旺角黑布街一帶有好多餐廳,其中有一間叫「辛手村」,齋睇門口以為係打卡Cafe,但原來係一間川式串燒干鍋店,真係睇唔出呢😳!因為川菜店一向畀人嘅印象都係有少少土味,充滿中式風情嘅裝潢🙈。呢度完全相反,而且夜晚九點幾後更會較暗燈光,化身成為酒吧。餐廳主打串燒同干鍋,不過菜式設計上比較新派✨,而串燒亦有川式同日式揀。一般而言,會先食串燒🍢,之後再食干鍋。川燒厚切牛舌心($58),👅牛舌心堅係厚切,肉質軟稔,好正。川燒調味得宜,同樣係用上辣粉同孜然粉,不過並非死鹹。川燒魷魚鬚串($38),🦑串燒選用迷你版嘅魷魚,穿落竹籤啱啱好。魷魚肉質彈牙,而且仲散發住燒魷魚嘅香氣。炭燒帆立貝($47),帆立貝一串有五粒,味道幾鮮,有啲似磯燒小食嗰種咁惹味🤤,而且質感一啲都唔韌。京蔥厚燒五花肉($42),雖然我唔食京蔥🌱,但朋友就話呢個組合冇得輸。五花肉燒完之後變得冇咁膩,但又能保持油香,唔錯。川燒經典豬頸肉($38),🐷豬頸肉配上超多濃烈嘅蜜糖燒烤醬,食落好似叉燒、質感爽口,但略嫌偏重口味。日式燒鰻魚($38),🐟鰻魚皮燒至微脆,魚肉嫩兼且無骨,比起一般丼飯嘅鰻魚更香口。估你唔到麻辣黑松露干鍋🍲($78),

估你唔到麻辣黑松露干鍋🍲($78),干鍋需選擇至少四款食材,每款價錢由$28至$58不等。我哋要咗豬頸肉($48)、鮮蝦($48)、芋絲($28)同埋土豆($28),🥔薯仔絲好爽口,又索味。我哋另外加咗$12要白飯,齋食餸會有啲寡🍚。

呢個干鍋超特別,因為係黑松露麻辣🍄🌶,估唔到看似九唔搭八嘅組合都幾夾。松露香氣突出,麻辣味顯著,佢保留咗傳統川菜風味嘅同時,又能帶嚟新鮮感。但辣度無得揀,亦稍為偏辣,所以完全唔食得辣嘅話,就要考慮清楚嗌唔嗌喇。店員亦解釋話因為廚師覺得咁樣先至係黃金比例!

飲品方面🍵,我哋要咗芭樂烏龍冰茶($32)同辛手村茉莉椰奶綠($32),兩杯都勁好飲。首先,佢哋唔太甜,而且飲料設計特別。烏龍茶遇上芭樂(即番石榴),味道天然,兼且喺香港好少見。另一杯奶白色嘅以為係鮮奶,但其實係奶綠,口感絲滑,茉莉香四溢,並滲輕輕椰香。

總括嚟講,辛手村能夠帶畀客人全新嘅川菜體驗😋,口味大眾化,慢慢導人愛上食辣。最後,店員們嘅服務態度優秀👍,主動問及客人意見,並好貼心幫我哋從吧枱轉到普通餐枱,以方便食嘢,抵讚!
