銀鱈魚肉質相當嫩滑,一片一片入口即化。醬汁以白味噌做底、加入清酒作調味,甜甜鹹鹹嘅味道同銀鱈魚基本上係不敗組合。調味恰到好處,唔會過濃而蓋過魚肉本身。配埋酒精濃度較高、較辛口嘅清酒,魚味更為突出。

一上枱就聞到勁香!鮑魚軟腍有彈性,富炙燒香。燴飯口感偏軟腍偏濕,入口濃濃嘅忌廉同黑椒味。偶爾咬到三文魚子,更可一添鹹香鮮味。無論食到幾飽都好,都忍唔住食晒。驟眼望仲見到啲煙肉碎,不過食落存在感偏低,如果可以煎得香脆啲就好啦~

蛋糕質地同平時嘅有啲唔同,滑得黎偏實在。店員就話蛋糕有個特別嘅食法:一啖cream一啖蛋糕咁食~ 單食蛋糕真係會覺得實在左啲,加埋cream就會較為滑溜輕身啲。不過始終朱古力味唔算好濃郁,整體偏膩,個人普普通通~
