To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次吃這快餐店的全日早餐。全日早餐有兩款,分別是麥蘆卡蜜糖雞扒全日早餐( $43 )和即煎大牛扒全日早餐( $47.5 ),我吃的是雞扒。這全日早餐包括:雞扒:根據餐牌,這是麥蘆卡蜜糖雞扒,但其實和這店平日的洋蔥汁雞扒完全沒有分別,不過也沒所謂,因為這兒的洋蔥汁不俗,雞扒煎得嫩滑。炒蛋:蛋炒得滑滑的,味道也好。煙肉:煎得太乾,又或許是炸過的,吃的時候肉質有點乾。茄汁豆:就是罐頭茄汁豆。蕃茄:蕃茄味比較淡。薯餅:碟上的不是薯餅,是薯角,薯角要外脆內軟才好吃,這薯角外面不脆。煎多士:似乎是麵包沾了少許蛋液,然後略煎,一般。這早餐的雞扒和炒蛋味道原本是不錯的,可是不知為什麼,我們購票後等了很久才可以拿取,吃的時候食物全都不夠熱度,全只是微溫,所以口感和味道都大打折扣。至於飲品,我點了熱鴛鴦少奶,水準也是一般。
