To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 意大利燴牛肉飯$40推出了幾日，開頭都會擔心中伏，但食落真係唔差，隻汁真係用牛肉煲過，有濃郁牛肉味，非常鮮甜。牛肉亦煮得夠火候，炆得夠晒軟腍，非常入味，好似牛腩，值得推介抵食午餐。

最近見到大家樂賣咖哩的新廣告，實在不堪入目到一個點，不過其焗飯向來都是有水準的。今次小人試的乃是龍蝦汁珍寶魚柳焗飯。擺盤就是一條魚柳加一兜焗飯，簡單直接。先說魚柳，不是說笑，勁長勁大條，真的足有一呎長！而且魚肉不是很薄，亦有一定厚度。炸層未算十分厚，脆脆的夠香口，食完也沒有壓迫的油膩感。魚肉沒有雪味，是合格的。至於龍蝦汁焗飯就是一貫的美味焗飯；龍蝦汁味道夠濃，份量亦多，足夠佐完整兜焗飯。果然是焗飯界的一哥，是焗豬飯的另外一個好選擇。

開心星期五當然要食好點，正當考慮緊食什麼的時候，路過大家樂，發現新產品，招牌焗 ～ 龍蝦汁珍寶魚柳焗飯，單售 $49，套餐$56 配茶/啡/汽水，喜歡焗飯嘅我當然要試試看。魚柳超級大塊，炸到金黃香脆，價錢便宜，整體不錯。

返工早左落車，見仲有時間，就食個Breakfast先返工啦，所以黎左大家樂炭返個靚早餐先。叫左個雞扒餐肉麵，個麵就應該係用左「福」字麵底，而個湯底都係同樣用左「福」字面味粉。午餐肉算係厚切，所以都好有咬口，而且肉質都有層次質感，唔會話一咬就糊哂。雞扒就有煎過先，所以都算香口，但係較為不足的地方係D麵放係個湯入面浸得耐左，所以D麵係比較淋既。大家樂既熱飲，我就推介熱奶茶，因為佢冇一般快餐店咁個茶底苦，而且入口都順滑。

天冷最好來一個牛肉.豚肉麻辣火鍋趕時間但都可以有個一人火鍋時間一牛一豬不過不失另加魚蝦滑雖然肉質有少少散但蝦有鮮味欣賞待應姐姐好快手一見有鍋物就好快預備好個爐！
