To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完個客到開會, 就響附近食埋野先走, 一個人唔想搵位, 又唔想食茶記, 所以就黎左呢度.要左個全日早餐$89, 連一杯飲品, 份量黎講係有D貴, 不過呢度無咩人, 靜靜地坐得幾舒服, 又可以坐耐少少, 所以都值既.牛角飽微溫, 不過都算鬆軟, 而且唔算太油膩. 煙肉較咸, 要配埋其他材料一齊食中和下, 腸仔同粟米都係正常野, 粟米都幾淡.仲有滑蛋算幾滑, 蛋味一般, 淡淡地既, 三文魚都幾新鮮, 蘑菇炒起夠香, 夠JUICY, 蕃茄新鮮但唔係好甜, 少少酸.飲品要左Cappuccino, 咖啡味幾香, 唔會太濃, 奶亦唔會太多.
