我很少食海膽,因為佢個外型質感 同埋味道, 如果唔新鮮就會好難食。今日朋友帶我嚟食咗個海膽盛宴,係我人生第一次:1) 十層海膽杯: 海膽新鮮肥美, 每一啖都有唔同嘅口感,用料上乘,一定要細意品嚐。 2) 三文魚夾餅創作壽司: 好欣賞佢嘅夾餅好脆,令到成個三文魚壽司好有特色。3) 楊枝甘露沙律: 沙律嘅楊枝甘露味道唔夠突出,較一般。4) 清酒鮑魚雞翼: 有清酒味,同埋有成隻鮑魚係入面,好矜貴。5) 海膽燒岩蠔: 海膽加蠔好豪氣!6) S2特色海膽火焰卷: 果然係其中 一樣鎮店之寶,睇咗一場火焰show後, 再食微熱海膽卷,正!7) 雲海板上飄: 太多嘢食囉,蒟蒻麵食唔曬,不過海膽就食曬。8) 樂師傅海膽雪糕: 連雪糕都係用海膽味,上面仲有海膽添,你話招唔招積?
