To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前在這裡食過Lunch, 今晚同老公冇乜idea, 就去深井Kcal試下晚餐.入去之前有d猶豫, 因為簡簡單單一餐唔想食太貴, 老公又話下午茶未落格, 怕食唔落. 在門口看menu, 最平set dinner竟然$68有交易?! 其他都唔係貴, $78-138有幾十個選擇, 加上侍應話有天使麵, 菠菜麵, 薯菜... 任選任轉, 甜品又有cheesecake, TCBY 雪芭, 雪糕, 焦糖燉蛋等多個選擇, 於是我地揀左一個室內位置就坐.戶外位setting簡單, 但方便在有狗人士可以帶埋金毛來食晚飯. 雖然我地9:30pm就坐, 都有80% 滿座. 之前已知Kcal係sell健康concept, 老闆讀過營養學, 所以全店堅持不用味精, 只適量地用香草及橄欖油. 可能因此而令有d人"食唔慣"啦.我order Rosemary羊鞍(我知係呢度招牌菜)set dinner, 老公order 美國特級牛柳(10oz) set dinner.上菜次序:1. 餐湯: 什菜清雞湯(好味, 正宗consumme做法, 又冇味精, 所以會被誤認為"水"), 粟米磨菇忌廉湯(老公食, 唔錯, 唔會太

1. 餐湯: 什菜清雞湯(好味, 正宗consumme做法, 又冇味精, 所以會被誤認為"水"), 粟米磨菇忌廉湯(老公食, 唔錯, 唔會太杰)

2. 沙律: 煙三文魚沙律(老公食, 好味!), 煙鴨胸沙律(唔似出面d來貨咁), d菜略嫌mix得油膩左少少

3. 主菜: Rosemary羊鞍(我選了墨魚麵, 一報我在美膳食唔到之苦, 燒得岩岩好, 連骨食好過癮) 美國特級牛柳(老公order medium, 真係岩岩好, 牛柳冇醃過味道都好鮮, 證明來貨ok先至夠膽咁做) 終於, 老公一直話飽都食得哂成個餐.

4. 甜品: 焦糖燉蛋(好味!), TCBY雪芭(橙味, 又係正!)

5. 飲品: 呢個最驚喜, 有十幾款揀, 包括薑汁檸蜜, 水蜜桃紅茶, 水蜜桃綠茶, 蜂蜜綠茶, 金桔檸檬...等等, 同埋普通咖啡或茶. 我同老公揀頭2款, 熱薑汁檸蜜勁夠薑! 凍水蜜桃紅茶唔係用糖水, 而係加入罐頭蜜桃.

總之成個dinner由頭至尾都好滿足.
