想食開胃嘢,第一時間諗到食惹味泰國菜,就即刻上OpenRice揀餐廳,見到呢間泰Cool有咁多好評,諗住冇死安全啦,點知就出事。一去到,因為比較早,得兩三枱客,入到去見到啲櫈有不明碎,覺得少少污糟,但店員肯比第二張枱,態度都ok,就坐低咗,但原來呢個先係惡夢嘅開始。叫左四樣嘢,冇樣係人食,以下逐一介紹。青蘋果冰茶,36蚊,加埋一要40,我以為係高質特飲啦,點知嚟到係檸檬片加茶(即係凍檸茶),再加少少青蘋果糖漿,啲糖漿係個底仲未撈勻(張圖已經係自己撈完),收人咁貴,可唔可以比啲誠意?呢個炒豬頸肉,我真係笑咗出嚟,請問餐廳對泰國菜嘅定義係唔係有啲誤會?搞乜鬼好似大排檔三色椒炒豬肉咁?仲要有中式芡汁.....啲豬頸肉又厚。係香港食泰國菜都預咗唔會咁正宗,但你直接將香港菜式當泰國菜,完全唔符合客人預期想要嘅嘢。呢個椰子雞湯真經典,冇椰子味冇雞味,又太酸,我哋放咗係到一陣,湯面浮起一層嘢,就係好似平時食公仔麵浮味精喺湯表層咁,十成九係味精湯。啲雞好鞋,成個湯最好味係塊菇。再放多一陣,個湯變味,好似熱咗嘅保礦力,結果幾乎成煲冇飲。呢個一定係今晚嘅精華。一開頭見到,覺得幾靚,點知都係伏。上面啲芝士定

呢個炒豬頸肉,我真係笑咗出嚟,請問餐廳對泰國菜嘅定義係唔係有啲誤會?搞乜鬼好似大排檔三色椒炒豬肉咁?仲要有中式芡汁.....啲豬頸肉又厚。係香港食泰國菜都預咗唔會咁正宗,但你直接將香港菜式當泰國菜,完全唔符合客人預期想要嘅嘢。

呢個一定係今晚嘅精華。一開頭見到,覺得幾靚,點知都係伏。上面啲芝士定白汁,好似鼻涕咁,食落去會反胃,個焗飯底就好似平時食焗豬扒飯咁,完全無泰國菜feel,仲要有三色豆,我未見過泰國菜有三色豆嘅,希望廚師可以做下research先。最好笑嘅係,因為呢個係椰青飯,咁個飯係有椰青塊嘅,我好欣賞廚師有呢種創意,諗到椰青可以熱食......但想問廚師自己到底有冇食過呢兜嘢?點解難食到咁都要為咗Gimmick拎出嚟害人?

呢餐垃圾食咗385蚊,完全唔值。
後記:
見到好多人話呢間嘢黃到金乜乜乜,黃店唔係大曬,政治係首要,但唔好食嘅都係要收檔,物競天擇。我食完甚至係懷疑藍店扮黃店,賺黃絲錢煮豬餿比人食。
我不斷諗點解可以咁難食,係咪係廚師喺大排檔做咗一個月學徒,比人炒咗,嚟咗呢到做,第一日番工?定係隔離營廚師過咗檔嚟做?還是老細迫你要諗gimmick嘢,你諗到最後一刻先諗到椰青飯嚟敷衍老細?
希望餐廳有心做嘅改善下,但我應該唔會再嚟。
