To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The two-star Michelin Tin Lung Heen was located on the 102/F of Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. With the breathtaking backdrop of Hong Kong skyline, its refined authentic Cantonese cuisine definitely raised the bar on a whole new level (no pun intended).⁣

The barbecued Iberian pork with honey was incredible - the perfect fatty/lean ratio of the tender Iberian pork with the caramelized honey sauce - definitely the best Char Siu in Hong Kong! Deep-fried crab shell filled with crab meat and onion was also lovely. Every bite was the fresh crab meat perfectly cooked with finely chopped onion - making it like a savoury dessert. The braised chicken with chicken liver and mushroom in Huadiao wine was also another must-eat. The chicken and chicken liver were braised to the profession - soft, flavourful, and moist with a hint of the fragrant Huadiao wine. ⁣

The service was also amazing - professional and attentive, yet still giving you a warm and friendly feeling which an authentic Cantonese restaurant should have!⁣
