等左成年終於有機會食到dough bros既酸種麵團pizza,堅尼地城分店有兩張枱可以趁熱辣辣即刻食!一打開個盒聞到陣味真係香到不得了,the vegetarian勁多料,燒蒜頭、新鮮菠菜、甜椒、水牛芝士、蕃茄,臨尾淋上既balsamic醋另到成個pizza更加香,食淨既批邊仲可以點佢地既招牌蒜頭香草醬底者炭香燒烤醬,真係停唔到口😭 sourdough批底煙韌度夠而且食到麵粉本身果種香氣,佢地標榜選用歐洲既優質食材果然係冇錯~ 連炸donut都係用左秘製既酸種麵團配方製作,大推nutella,真係食到爆哂餡!已經諗緊幾時可以返返黎試埋其他pizza😍
