To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為賀一位認識了18年的俊男賀壽，選擇了全港最高的酒吧，享用當晚八道菜的晚餐，隨後當然free flow 咁飲了幾個鐘，好有驚喜的每道菜，完全想不到酒吧的大廚有如此高質。來到酒吧，酒才是主角，我們不斷飲whiskey cocktail 及紅白酒，酒吧主題的cocktail 是以金、木、水、火、土、劃分,我揀了木，壽星仔揀了水，味道相當不錯，環境好，食物鮮，服務優，座椅窗邊，看着香港的夜景，邊聊邊飲，人生一大樂事。
