如果不計較環境,天鴻燒鵝既燒鵝一定係香港第一皮脆得來,保持鵝既肉汁同肉香。環境雖然唔好,但為左美食,絕不介意自己食燒鵝一定係配瀨粉,燒鵝既鵝油加埋瀨粉真係一流呢排好多書介紹燒鵝,但其實係呢啲介紹之前已經食開唯一唔好處係新年後已經加價了,慘慘全隻價錢去到$500
