由四個年青人編織出嘅腐乳故事,全港第一間腐乳主題餐廳。傳承傳統口味至新菜式,別樹一格的fusion菜式。食物由飲品至主菜都會用到腐乳。店員好熱心去解釋店鋪嘅理念同埋特色。全店都好俾心機裝修,好似話特別搵人設計,之後佢仲介紹咗一D主打菜俾我。椒絲腐乳卡邦尼🍝用腐乳做Carbonara,再加入忌廉、煙肉、臘腸同埋蛋黃,香濃creamy。南乳炸雞球🍗南乳醃雞肉,再炸成球。非常juicy, 加埋跟埋嘅南乳mayo。一定要試咸蛋黃炸魚皮🐠呢個高汁,咸蛋味重又脆,店員推薦我地可以點個南乳mayo一齊食。炸薯條配腐乳mayo & 南乳mayo🍟除咗南乳mayo , 佢哋仲有腐乳mayo, 南乳mayo味偏濃,而腐乳mayo就係偏味醇厚帶少少酸味。點薯條就可以食真D醬嘅味話梅Latte☕️Signature 飲品之一,latte上刨一層話梅碎,唔好急飲,凍少少味仲出。流白(腐乳咖啡Tonic)🍹另一款Signature 飲品,底層一層腐乳醬,再加上一shot espresso 同tonic water, 飲管飲最底就超濃腐乳味,飲上層就咖啡味,再攪勻佢飲就兩隻味都飲到😋佢話遲啲會推出腐乳甜品同Shish
