貪吃又愛打邊爐嘅我,今次約咗同樣愛食火鍋的朋友仔出擊旺角,呢到主打專門食牛不同部位,好多連名稱都係剛認識添餐廳入面有一個落地玻璃小房,會見到師傅係入面切牛肉,而環境好簡潔沒特別華麗裝潢,出面有一個醬料架,可自行混醬而湯底店員介紹咗一款唔係常有嘅牛坑腩鍋比我哋,我哋當然唔會放過機會啦,入面有牛骨,牛坑腩,蘿蔔,粟米,而湯底看似淡色,但一嚐就不得了,清甜中帶有濃香牛味而不濁而牛肉實在太多款了,朋友隨便點下數款試試匙仁比較瘦,沒太多油脂,但好嫩腍匙柄跟吊龍肉質一樣偏瘦,但口感實在,相對牛味比較重胸口撈看似脂肪,但其實係好多人都聽過嘅牛白肉,入口爽脆身帶牛脂香極品脖仁,係牛頸脊位附近,嫩腍仲好重牛味,我勁鍾意這個正宗潮洲粿條,放湯一會就食得,吸哂濃濃嘅牛湯好正
