全程有專人服侍,繞埋手就可以等食,第一次咁爽嘆海鮮蒸鍋! 由食雞煲開始,就有專人烹調。蒸鍋時又有專人計時同蒸火鍋料,蒸完仲要分埋餸,中途又不斷收碟換碟。店員全程Stand By,仲要好笑容好態度,服務真係甜心周到。野飲自己攞,兩個大雪櫃,多數人都攞Vita Coco 椰子水,好少見餐廳有得飲嘛,超市賣廿幾蚊,梗要試吓 但事實佢味道一般,唔係太出眾。先嚟前菜,四人或以下:$20一份,五人或以上就兩份。豆角同木耳味道少少麻辣,又幾好食。再嚟就係什錦刺身拼盤或招牌雞煲,食肉獸嘅我地梗係揀雞煲! 太辣又食唔到,唔辣又唔惹味,叫左BB辣。專人幫我地煮埋,控制火候,臨尾仲加埋油炸鬼,煮完香噴噴,雞肉好嫩滑,油炸鬼就仍然香脆。跟住將南瓜、排骨、米、蟹蓋放入鍋做粥底,就可以開始蒸海鮮。蒸鍋海鮮一大盤,抬出嚟時都好震撼。見到人地個火鍋海鮮拼盤,再對比自己個蒸鍋海鮮拼盤,好似大好多喎心裏暗爽,我呢個真係明顯靚料好多咁。仲有一碟新鮮鮑魚:全部用料都好新鮮,有啲海鮮仲郁緊添龍蝦、太子象拔蚌、日本大元貝、紐西蘭大聖子、大連鮮鮑魚、沙井鮮甜生蠔、新鮮肉蟹。因為係用蒸,所有海鮮都能夠保持原汁原味,真係特別鮮同甜。龍

龍蝦、太子象拔蚌、日本大元貝、紐西蘭大聖子、大連鮮鮑魚、沙井鮮甜生蠔、新鮮肉蟹。因為係用蒸,所有海鮮都能夠保持原汁原味,真係特別鮮同甜。

龍蝦啖啖肉,顏色雪白,肉質結實,連個頭都有好多肉。

沙井鮮甜生蠔,因為冇貨,換左美國桶蠔,更大更貴更肥美。蒸完都咁大隻,對比返隻叉,隻叉頓時變得好渺小。

新鮮肉蟹,好厚肉。蟹一死左就變得唔新鮮,要好似呢隻咁鮮味,一定係即劏。

食完海鮮就食手切牛頸脊,兩個人、三個人、四個人都係一碟,好似兩個人抵啲喎。啲雪花紋好靚,肉色鮮紅,雖然嫩滑,但牛味唔太濃。

跟住就係六款蒸小菜入面揀一款小菜,我地揀左梅菜肉鬆蒸豆腐。豆腐好滑,但蒸出黎唔係熱辣辣,係暖,可能蒸多幾分鐘會更好。
