To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經過諗住同朋友買兩杯嘢飲解渴， 成間舖頭總共有三個女士，唔知佢哋係staff定係店主！ 不過點都好啦， 其實呢點我唔係好care。 但係我最care就係佢哋嘅服務態度， 可以話係差出全宇宙 （ 真真正正嘅宇宙最 （差）強）！ 其實啲飲品係冇問題 ，但係佢哋嘅服務態度係好有問題！ 同佢講其中一杯飲品少甜，無回應 （ 冇回應我點知你收唔收到呀 ）， 兩杯嘢飲總共幾多錢又唔講出聲， 到兩杯嘢飲ready，都冇人出過一句聲…… 我仲以為我喺度幫襯緊一間專請聾啞人士嘅社企！ 定係我去咗 “A Quiet Place"？ 一有少少聲就會被異形殺死？？講真我一定唔會再比第二次機會呢間店， 如果冇幫襯過呢間店嘅朋友，其實都可以唔需要去貼錢買難受。 呢間店喺中環街市活化後出現，簡直係一個污點！ 衷心希望佢哋可以盡快消失，真係唔想呢件老鼠屎影響到一個咁有特色嘅地方/景點。
