To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇龍蝦，食街邊小食，炸魚聊，老到咬唔郁既牛肉，火鍋得幾樣嘢，配料鹹到飛起，甜品甜到你食唔完一盒，真係差勁！壽司又唔新鮮，得個火鍋湯算好飲，不過都係飲幾口識個味，無辦法一直飲，靠河岸邊座位，圍欄手放係上邊癡粒粒！湯都係家常湯，番茄湯，雜菜湯，菜品係豬肉，長腳蟹腿蝦凍冰冰，所謂燒烤區，冇一樣燒烤嘢，甜品區豆花都係做到好爛，一哋都唔滑，總既來講，完全對唔起個價錢，絕對冇誇張，如果係半折來食就算，如果係全價668，咁真係唔好，中伏！
