呢度可以叫Three Courses or Four Courses,其實分別就係後者可以揀兩款的starters🫶🏻所以真係視乎自己平時既食量,同埋想唔想試多款starters架咋🤪

一開始店員先會提供餐包🥖值得一提的是它們特製的牛油,裡面加入了焦糖、香茅及鼠尾草,把牛油塗上麥包上吃,帶點焦糖味之餘還有陣陣檸檬香味~挺特別的喔😌

超幸福啊!真係超好食的牡丹蝦甜蝦他他配魚子醬!牡丹蝦甜蝦他他本身已經好鮮甜,個人好鍾意佢個種黏黏地的口感😚再配以魚子醬真係超高質喔😳主廚亦特意揀選了相對冇咁濃烈的魚子醬,避免蓋過其鮮味~

這個超有驚喜的❣️尤其是生蠔那款,上面會有甜蝦作點綴,從而突出生蠔的鮮味!而且生蠔的海水味吃起上來亦唔會太濃烈,是恰到好處的😚至於天婦羅那款麵衣超薄身的,裡面既蠔炸得剛好,食落去口感酥脆🥰

這個相對起來遜色一點,可能是期望值比較高吧~但都是average以上的🆙用上日本北海道的鮮帶子刺身,主廚亦有先火炙了一下,可吃得到帶子的鮮甜感!而且亦加入了日本特有的蘿蔔切成薄片去配搭整個口感!

鵪鶉其實是法國經典的料理之一,但出面唔係好多地方可以食到鵪鶉,又或者有都唔係整得好好食,最驚係有一陣騒味🤔因為某程度上鵪鶉呢道菜式好講求主廚的烹調技巧。而呢度選用壽喜燒汁配以鵝肝同鵪鶉,吃起上來甜甜的,肉質亦好嫩滑,有別於平時吃到的味道😳至於鵝肝的火候掌握得剛好,配以中東的細小米顆,可以中和鵝肝的油膩感!

是慢煮的澳洲和牛牛面頰喔🧡賣相超好的!店內員工會先用刨片刀刨上黑松露片🤤😍牛面頰吃起上來肉味濃郁,中間好軟諗,最欣賞是它的外皮煎到好脆身,起上來好有層次感🥳而且必須要提及它的薯蓉,是滿滿的黑松露味,完全是齒頰留香喔😋

想不到甜品亦這麼有驚喜!是用100%熱情果製作的雪葩,完全感受到滿滿的熱情果味道🥰吃起上來酸酸甜甜的(雖然個人就唔太好酸味,但呢個都真係可以接受到😋)第一下既反應完全係:嘩咁熱情果既❤️‍🔥而另外亦有雲呢拿籽整成的mousse配上酥皮,整個配搭都好match !

總括而言,個人覺得呢個價錢來說都物超所值,性價比高的!未黎之前會覺得有啲貴,雖然中環上環是黃金地段🥹但真正感受到呢度員工既服務態度同食物質素後,就覺得都幾值得來食,絕對係對得住價錢!🥳每道菜式都會有員工向您介紹當中選用的食材及配搭,完全有一種被重視的感覺❣️如果食完飯後想去欣賞一下畫作,員工亦會好主動咁帶您去參觀同埋重點係可以去波波燈到打卡🫶🏻💛
