突然間好想食久遺了嘅燒鵝,雖然好多地方都有賣燒鵝,但水準就不敢恭維了。而且我們只有兩個人又好難食得完半隻。正在思索中,在街上收到一張傳單,介紹荃灣半島漁港有燒鵝食,而且可以叫4份一隻,價錢只係一蚊咋,咁抵,係邊度揾吖,所以就即刻去揾食啦!叫咗三個餸,首先當然係燒鵝啦,以小玻璃盤盛上,下面以小臘燭去保溫,令鵝肉微暖,令鵝肉更香口。第二道是啫啫通菜煲,通菜只用通菜身,去除所有葉,加上香濃蝦醬,勁野味!最後一道菜係黃金鮮魷,做法同黃金蝦原出一徹,先特鮮魷上粉炸香,再以咸蛋黃返炒,咸香味道令人食個不停!
