To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 沙嗲王最出名嘅一定係白咖喱豬扒飯！喜歡食嘅我哋，每次食飯都叫到成枱野，當然我哋一定會清哂，真係食唔哂都會打包要做個惜食人今次我哋叫咗個二人餐，另外仲加咗4隻黃金雞翼，我哋都覺得白咖喱豬扒飯係必食另外叫咗個蟹粉豆腐煲配薄餅，呢個菜偏咸，配白飯應該會好少少，如果你食得清淡就唔啱你lu~最推薦的是黃金雞翼，實在令我念念不忘全隻雞翼外邊都包住滿滿的咸蛋料，雞翼又肥美真係熱辣辣甜品方面我哋都叫左Haagen dazs 食咗呢個午餐之後，晚餐都食唔落啦
