To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒跟阿妹吃飯,趁是晚被兩老放飛機,得番我地兩個,便去吃些平常一家人不會去吃的東西 – 壽司。荃灣區沒太多吃壽司的好地方,阿妹提議去元氣,是但啦!走到了悅來的那分店,果然是不用等位,仲可以揀卡座或迥轉位。在卡座坐定定,開始揀心水食物,我其實沒什麼意見,就由阿妹發板。等了好一陣子,壽司終於來到。幾款壽司之中,我較喜歡三文魚腩,貪佢夠肥美,油脂豐足。其餘的都只是普通,如生蝦和帆立貝都不很甜美,還好後者尚算厚身。北寄貝不過不失,至少沒有像擦字膠的硬轟轟。最不喜歡的是他他牛,頗韌,又沒什麼味道。這裡最吸引我的,反而是個等位的電腦系統,哈哈!
