To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真有趣,明明在四天假期的其中一日,才在元朗的「百分百」門口說過:百分百一點兒也不特別,只是普通連鎖,千萬不要去,然之後就勸該兩名友人去另一間;然後,這天卻在青衣這一個角落,在綢繆應該吃什麼🤔,然後就因為友人不願行太遠,結果還是屈服到了這間百分百。🤦🏾‍♀️這間百分百,在長康邨的角落,其實有時看到這些連鎖餐廳,不想吃連鎖餐廳,但其實到最後發現,餐牌上都有不少小菜菜式,因此幾名朋友一齊來,一人點一款,其實每人都不用$80 ,就可以試到三個小菜,有飯,亦都有飲料,也不算太昂貴。一個是啫啫蝦醬通菜,煲仔看起來已經感到非常熱,亦都感覺非常熱燙。反而,通菜的份量不算太多,反而蝦米粒以及肉的份量更加多,吃完通菜,也有不少肉粒在煲子內另一個也以煲子呈上,就是雜菌黑椒牛肉粒,因為友人平時不會吃牛肉粒,這次試一試,也牛肉粒的份量不算太少,並且即使放在煲子內太久,亦都不會顯得太熟。雜菌的份量也不少,但是我不吃的。黑椒的味道還挺香濃,但不算太辣,味道也不錯。反而霸王雞嘅份量比較少,好像只有10件8件,而且包括了雞胸,但是有點蔥絲有點辣椒絲,味道還算夠香。本來,因為我不吃黎麥,想叫員工轉做白飯,但實物來到,才發現

啫啫蝦醬通菜,煲仔看起來已經感到非常熱,亦都感覺非常熱燙。反而,通菜的份量不算太多,反而蝦米粒以及肉的份量更加多,吃完通菜,也有不少肉粒在煲子內

另一個也以煲子呈上,就是
雜菌黑椒牛肉粒,因為友人平時不會吃牛肉粒,這次試一試,也牛肉粒的份量不算太少,
並且即使放在煲子內太久,亦都不會顯得太熟。雜菌的份量也不少,但是我不吃的。黑椒的味道還挺香濃,但不算太辣,味道也不錯。

黎麥,想叫員工轉做白飯,但實物來到,才發現原來黎麥的份量不太多,也沒所謂。

鴛鴦走,但來到的竟然是凍鴛鴦走,真奇怪,怎麼叫了「走」,竟然會有熱的😨即是好像有節目都講過,以往,說奶茶,其實做暗示熱奶茶,你不用再問客人是凍奶茶還是熱奶茶。




茶走、啡走、鴛鴦走,基本上,在外間的餐廳,或是老舊的冰廳,都假設你是熱的,從來沒聽過會喝凍的。

友人戲言,會不會以為你是叫「走甜」因此給你凍的鴛鴦走甜,但是我看一看,卻又的確喝到鴛鴦之外,有少許甜味,即是它真的加了煉奶,然之後再加冰,弄成凍的鴛鴦走,果然是鑊鑊新鮮獲獲金,太陽之下還會有新事。




其實,這種連鎖餐廳的小菜,其實質素都不算太差,可能比起太興或是大快活的,更加出色。

雖然這間百分百是連鎖餐廳,但是竟然見到,在餐廳之中,有一名掛上「店長」牌子的女士,竟然會走出來保護其他員工,還表示他們只是兼職,又指拍硬檔幫忙收拾餐桌,在連鎖餐廳,竟然會見到如此有承擔的店長,真是難得,值得表揚👍🏾
