To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去開觀塘揾食，當然要揾下有咩食，收到風近瑞和街街市有間老字號的川菜館ge今物質素唔錯，試下先有個套餐可以自選小菜兩款再配湯幾啱我地食回鍋肉炒得有鑊氣，配料多唔太咸回鍋肉夠淋口水雞幾嫩滑有雞味,配花生碎向面頭,外間少見的酸辣湯差唔多有四碗，有很多料，酸酸辣辣好惹味嘩......不得了，很多料哩還奉上每人一杯八寶茶八寶茶打開後顏色艷麗聞到已經芳香撲鼻向街市近小巴站沿路行上就見到老字號裝修不變，令我們可以在繁榮的都市下慢慢享受用餐
