To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我心目中best 3清湯腩，八寶一定榜上有名。呢間店我真係又愛又恨。愛係愛上佢獨特嘅湯頭，恨係恨我識得太遲。由紅磡兩間舊舖位置開始，到收到結業嘅消息，休息一輪再次出發，今次去到天后區，位置唔算難搵，人流仲幾多添。清湯蘿蔔爽腩河粉（$78）可能有啲人對於呢個價錢食一碗粉會有少少卻步，不過，湯頭係呢度嘅獨特之處，有藥材味亦有少少甘甜餘韻。爽腩帶有筋膜，食到爽脆嘅口感；加埋藥膳湯底，一碗河粉就帶來大滿足。清湯蘿蔔三寶飯（$88）三寶包括牛腩、牛肚同牛筋，湯頭比河粉更為濃郁，適宜送飯吃。牛筋燜得夠腍，牛肚夠入味，同牛腩間住吃最好，又可以呷啖湯撈飯食，每當我掛住清湯牛腩就可以移師到天后黎食了。
