To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經過呢間新開小店,試業冇耐就已經有人響出面排隊。今日八號風球見鋪頭正式開張,入面都照做生意,就入去食個早餐。舖頭裝修企理夠光猛,坐得舒服乾淨,係新式茶餐廳風格。咁啱今日開張,幾位老細響度切燒豬,伙計就繼續快手做野,坐低冇耐就過黎問我食咩。今日唔算好餓,叫左個魚柳包試下。出菜幾快,賣相不錯,魚柳炸得脆唔會太薄,沙律醬同菜配搭得剛好👍🏼 呢間小店係傳承九龍城德昌魚蛋粉,老字號德昌成日排長龍,出名用料高質。下次會再黎試下呢度d魚蛋粉,睇下有冇傳承到德昌出品咁好先。
